This zero waste Upcycled Suds artisan soap bar is made from about 40% end pieces and trimmings. This current batch is scented in a crisp apple fragrance which blends with the assorted fragrances in the upcycled bits to create a fresh and fruity scent experience.
Every bar sold helps to keep production waste to a minimum by upcycling end pieces, trimmed edges, or offcuts into new whole bars.
About the Design: These bars are made using the Ciaglia method, named for Italian soap maker Fabio Ciaglia. This process involves adding shredded soap from previous batches to the warm oils of a new batch and blending it with an immersion blender to turn those shreds into tiny specks. Up to 40% of the oils from the new batch can be replaced with shreds, thus offering a great way to use leftover odds and ends.

Proper Use & Care
Use: Lather up and rinse well after use.
Salty Crossing soaps are meant for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If you have specific allergies, please review the ingredients list carefully.
Some soaps smell incredibly yummy, but please don’t ingest them or use them for anything but their intended purpose!
Care: Real soap will last a long time if it is kept dry between uses. Keep your soap happy by using a soap saver or dish with plenty of drainage, and keep it out of the stream of water.
